The timing system had a tantrum during this week’s NSR F1 race, so consequently the race results won’t be available until Neil has waded through thousands of lines of code to extract them, which will take a while.

In the meantime, here are more pretty graphs for those who like stats. There’s one for every driver who’s competed in ten or more races since April 2019, which was when your stats-monkey first started keeping a record.

The graphs show the lane-spread of each driver’s fastest race laps. At 44%, Julian’s love affair with green lane seems to be the most enduring, but Ed’s fling with blue lane isn’t far behind. The most promiscuous is Neil, who clearly isn’t fussy about who he plays with…
